Can I see power outages in the Horizon Power app?

Yes. The Horizon Power app allows users to see planned and unplanned outages across the entire Horizon Power network in both an interactive map and a list view. If you a registered user, you can also set notification preferences.
Planned and unplanned outages are easily identified by different coloured icons on the map. You can tap on the icon to view additional information such as; the number of customers affected, lastest updates and estimated end or restoration times.
The Horizon Power app also gives you access to handy tips on what to do before, during and after an outage, numbers to report a fault and access to the online claim form.
The outages feature of the Horizon Power app can be viewed from the home screen and is available to both registered and unregistered users.
