I’m having problems with the app. What should I do?

  • Let us know and we will be in touch.  Simply tap the More icon on the home screen and select Feedback.  
  • You can also try the reset app button in the Account menu slider to rest the app to the default setting and try registering again.
  • We recommend you always download the latest version of the Horizon Power app.
