I haven’t paid my power bill by the due date. Will I be disconnected?

We only disconnect as a last resort. Horizon Power works with customers who are unable to pay their electricity bill to help them pay the account to avoid disconnection. This may include extension to payment due dates, commencement of a payment plan and direct contact with the customer including in some cases, face to face discussions. 

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you to avoid disconnection.
