Horizon Power would like to thank its Derby customers as we work to improve the network with our planned maintenance project. Customers may have already seen crews involved in activities such as under-boring, removing old poles and installing new poles, replacing overhead services, plus installing new mini pillars.
Additional work is set to commence in selected residential areas over the coming weeks. These works will continue into the 2017/18 Financial Year and will improve the safety, quality and aesthetics of your power supply. Not all homes in Derby streets will be affected.
If your supply address is to be affected, you will receive notification at the supply address or through the post. We thank our Derby customers for their patience whilst we work to improve their network.
