Important message for all My Account customers

Dear My Account Customers

Clause 9 of the My Account terms and conditions (Terms) allows Horizon Power to amend the Terms by giving you at least 14 days notice of the change.

In order to improve the efficiency of our communication with you, from 1 October 2016, the Terms will be changed so that Horizon Power may use the email address and mobile telephone number that you provided Horizon Power for the purpose of sending you email and/or sms messages to notify you of any planned interruptions when we need to undertake to work on our network.
