Horizon Power apologises to customers in Onslow who have been experiencing an unplanned power outage since 2 pm today caused by a failure of a transformer at the Onslow Power Station.
Horizon Power wishes to assure customers that every effort is being made to restore power as soon as possible.
Crews are currently working to mobilise a temporary generator to the power station site however it is likely that customers will continue to experience an outage for some time.

Horizon Power can confirm that the outage is not related to works currently being undertaken as part of the Pilbara Underground Power Project.
