Where is the streetlight located?

Please check our map to confirm if the streetlight is located within Horizon Power's service area. If you are reporting a faulty streetlight from within Western Power's service area, visit their website. 

When will the streetlight be repaired?

The fault will be looked at within five working days for Karratha/Port Hedland and nine working days for other Horizon Power areas.

We are unable to raise a fault job if the information provided is incorrect so please ensure the location information is accurate.
